Euphyllia is a highly sought-after genus of large-polyp stony (LPS) corals, prized for its flowing tentacles, vibrant colors, and dynamic movement in the reef tank. Popular varieties include Hammer, Frogspawn, and Torch corals, each named for their unique polyp shapes.

These corals thrive under moderate lighting and gentle to moderate water flow, where their tentacles can sway gracefully, creating a natural reef look. Euphyllia are relatively hardy compared to other LPS corals, making them a favorite among both beginner and advanced hobbyists.
